User Terms

By registering or using VIHAR CHAT, you agree to use the platform only for lawful business communication through the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. You must comply with all applicable laws, Meta policies, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and messaging consent requirements. You are responsible for obtaining proper customer consent before sending WhatsApp messages, campaigns, notifications, or automated messages. Spam, unsolicited messaging, fraud, abuse, illegal content, misleading communication, or misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited. VIHAR CHAT provides software and integration services for WhatsApp Cloud API. Meta and WhatsApp services, approvals, message delivery, template approval, account restrictions, pricing, and policies are controlled by Meta and may change independently. VIHAR CHAT may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, Meta/WhatsApp policies, applicable laws, or platform security requirements. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
