Vendor Terms

By registering as a vendor on VIHAR CHAT, you agree to use the platform only for lawful business communication and services using the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. You are responsible for your customers, sub-users, connected WhatsApp Business accounts, campaigns, templates, automation, messages, contacts, and all activities performed through your vendor account. You must ensure that your customers obtain proper user consent before sending WhatsApp messages and comply with applicable laws, Meta policies, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and other relevant requirements. Spam, unsolicited messaging, fraud, misleading services, illegal content, policy abuse, or unauthorized use of WhatsApp services is strictly prohibited. VIHAR CHAT provides the software platform and integration services. Meta controls WhatsApp account approval, template approval, message delivery, messaging limits, restrictions, pricing, and related policies. Vendors are responsible for any fees, charges, refunds, taxes, or services offered to their own customers unless otherwise agreed with VIHAR CHAT. VIHAR CHAT may suspend or terminate any vendor account that violates these terms, applicable laws, Meta/WhatsApp policies, security requirements, or causes abuse of the platform. By creating a vendor account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Vendor Terms and Conditions.
